Digital Project & Client Manager - Healthcare Communications

Full-Time

Mole Digital Australasia Pty Ltd

$76,515 - $95,000 per annum plus superannuation

ABOUT US

We are a growing Australian agency backed by a successful UK healthcare communications business with over 26 years of experience. We specialise in delivering impactful digital projects—marketing, education, and communications— for healthcare professionals. Our Australian business has been up and running for 18 months, and in that time we've worked alongside some fantastic clients, delivering social media campaigns, digital strategy and audits, conference coverage, design projects and more. We're now looking for someone to work with us for the next stage of Mole's growth in Australia.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Digital Project & Client Manager to join our Sydney-based team (remote working available within Australia). This is a hybrid role that blends project management, client relationship management, and hands-on delivery of strategic communications projects.

You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a variety of digital projects including:

  • Healthcare communications campaigns
  • Digital education (including e-learning modules)
  • Professional communications aimed at healthcare audiences
  • Filming, video production and streaming projects
  • Digital design work

You'll work with a supportive team of medical writers, strategists, designers, developers, and subject matter experts across both Australia and the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from scoping and planning to execution and managing client feedback

· Work with clients to craft project briefs and KPIs

· Translate this into project plans

· Develop project strategy and direction

· Brief team members and oversee development of copy, visuals and other project elements

· Review and provide internal feedback

· Manage client feedback and see projects to successful completion

· Monitor and report on results against KPIs

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Manage delivery of projects internally, working with the team in both Australia and the UK to oversee every element of the project and its successful delivery back to the client
  • Contribute to the growth of the Australian business, shaping how we work and grow in this market

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare digital communications or education
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful digital projects end to end
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Confident writer, with the ability to contribute to content development and strategy
  • Experience working on social media campaigns
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with remote teams
  • Experience working on digital projects for healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Experience developing digital learning or e-learning projects
  • Familiar with digital tools such as content management systems, project management platforms (we use Asana), and e-learning software (e.g., Articulate, Rise)
  • Background working in an agency team environment preferred
