The Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing / HubSpot Specialist for a full-time position. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, configuring, and optimising the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation to drive client success. You'll work closely with our team and clients to ensure seamless execution of HubSpot-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot CRM Implementation & Configuration: Set up, manage, and customise HubSpot CRM, workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting.
  • Marketing Automation: Build and optimise customer journeys, email sequences, lead scoring models, and nurture campaigns.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key performance metrics using HubSpot dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Configure and launch client campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored HubSpot solutions.
  • Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate, refine, and optimise HubSpot configurations and integrations based on client needs and industry best practices.
  • Content & Communication: Not create but support EDM (Email Direct Marketing) development, social media coordination, and campaign execution.
