About the role
We're looking for a Fundraising & Partnerships Lead to lead and grow revenue across philanthropy, corporate giving, and innovative campaigns. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll secure high-value partnerships, deliver creative events, and inspire donors through compelling campaigns and engagement
What You Will Do
- Drive a fundraising strategy to meet revenue targets
- Build relationships with major donors, trusts, and foundations
- Create and grow corporate partnerships and sponsorships
- Deliver innovative fundraising events and digital campaigns
- Write grant applications and proposals
- Manage donor care and communications
What You Will Need to Succeed
You have:
- Proven success in fundraising, philanthropy or business development
- Experience securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships and grants
- Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills
- A track record of delivering creative fundraising initiatives
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine passion for making an impact in medical research
