About the Role
We're looking for a Victorian Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting Ace Gutters as the preferred supplier of metal roofing and rainwater products in both residential and commercial markets. This role involves showcasing our unique position as Australia's only fully integrated manufacturer — with in-house coil coating, powder coating, slitting, roll-forming, and transport capabilities.
You'll also help communicate our proud history, strong company culture, commitment to product quality, extended warranties, reliable stock availability, delivery capabilities, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Allocate and authorise all customer pricing in Victoria based on established parameters.
Lead, direct, and manage the Victorian Sales Representatives, including:
Coaching and developing the team to ensure they consistently represent Ace Gutters with professionalism and pride.
- Sharing customer reports to equip representatives with the information needed to make informed recommendations regarding discounting, pricing, and credit limits.
- Ensuring weekly reports are submitted by each representative, outlining the previous week's activities.
- Submit a weekly report to the General Manager of the Ace Gutters Group, covering positives, negatives, wins, losses, points of interest, market intelligence, competitor activity, product or service feedback, and potential new business opportunities.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, smoke-free, and arrange regular servicing every 10,000 km.
- Maintain quality standards across all work and products.
- Always uphold Work Health & Safety standards.
- Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
Requirements for the role:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- 5 years minimum experience in rainwater, plumbing, roof plumbing, and related products
- Strong understanding of product pricing and discount structures
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all company matters
- Effective communication skills with both colleagues and external stakeholders
- Present in a professional and pleasant manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- WorkSafe Victoria White Card (preferable but not required)
