Program Transformation Manager - VPS 6 - Fixed Term (12 months)

As the Program Transformation Manager, you will lead priority projects that streamline engagement and program delivery, modernise processes, and embed new ways of working across the branch.

What you'll do

  • Lead transformation projects to design, test and embed consistent, efficient approaches to engagement and program management.
  • Work end-to-end across discovery to delivery, co-designing services, modernising enquiries and participant management systems / platforms, and automate routine processes.
  • Identify service delivery improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and impact.
  • Manage and develop a small team, fostering a positive and accountable culture.
  • Build strong relationships to support change adoption.
  • Provide high-quality advice, briefings and communications on complex issues.
  • Contribute to branch strategy, governance, and leadership.

  • Strong project delivery capability with a focus on results and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator who can influence, advise and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable leading through change and ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable solutions.
