The Finlay Group is a Terex equipment dealer ) & one of Australia's largest suppliers of Recycling and Waste Processing equipment.
This Victorian based position will be responsible for developing new business & growing our sales & hire business in the VIC, SA & TAS in the recycling and waste processing industries.
Our market leading products from Terex Environmental & Finlay include Slow Speed Shredders, Flip Flow Screen, Material Handlers, Horizontal Timber/Wood Grinders, Trommels & Windsifters.
The ideal person will be a proven business development and sales manager who has experience in the quarrying and/or waste and recycling industries and ideally be familiar with recycling and waste processing systems. An existing pipeline and extensive customer list and CRM system will be provided along with marketing, technical and service support to the position.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven ability to develop new sales and new business opportunities;
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
- Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm;
- Ability to listen and present to potential and current customers;
- Willingness to travel daily and call on existing/new customers, develop sales and cold call throughout each state.
The successful applicant must be willing to travel throughout the states regularly. Company Car, Laptop, IPad and Phone will be provided as part of an attractive salary and commission package.
Extensive product and sales training will be provided.
