What you'll do

As the Manager of the Sector Performance and Integrity team, you will lead a team of 4 staff whose work contributes to strengthening integrity across the public sector. Your key responsibilities include:

  • monitoring and reporting on the sector's compliance with various integrity and other obligations
  • advice and sharing of best practice to improve public sector efficiency and effectiveness, governance, integrity and capability
  • maintenance of the Lobbyists and Government Affairs Director registers
  • delivery of the Commission's role in reviews of employment-related decisions.

You excel in critical thinking and policy development, enabling you to explore complex issues, identify solutions, and communicate clearly. You are an effective and fair people manager. Your significant experience in stakeholder management will support collaboration with departments and other agencies. Ideally, you hold a tertiary qualification in public policy or a related field or have significant experience in a government context, and have experience in an integrity-related role in the public sector.
