About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven
MedTech Sales Manager
to lead a Victorian sales team (metro/regional). In this role, you will be accountable for driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, and coaching a high-performing team with an innovative Orthopaedics portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Reps to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive business growth through analysis of sales results, customer trends, and market opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure superior service across the region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that align with corporate strategy.
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Science, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in medical device sales (orthopaedics or capital equipment).
- At least 5 years' experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
