We're looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager
to drive growth for a leading Australian provider of
digital display and communication solutions

The Opportunity
As BDM, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and securing major accounts across Melbourne or Sydney.

You'll

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers — from marketing and operations through to IT and procurement.
  • Develop tailored solutions that combine hardware, software, and content to meet each client's communication goals.
  • Work closely with internal design, technical, and project delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to installation.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets while providing insight into market trends and client needs.

About You
You're driven, strategic, and genuinely excited by technology and the impact it can have on business communication.

You Bring

  • Solid B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, media, or related sectors (signage, AV, or SaaS a bonus).
  • A record of success in solution-based selling and complex account development.
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • The ability to travel within your region (Melbourne or Sydney base).
