About us

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a growing Australian supplier of premium bathware and home improvement products. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to build strong client relationships, expand market presence, and contribute to the growth of a respected business in the building materials sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the bathware and construction materials industry
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of bathroom and building products to contractors, builders, developers, and retailers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and account management
  • Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective client support

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the bathware, sanitary ware, or broader building materials/construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and negotiate effectively
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen (essential)
  • Current driver's licence – car allowance provided
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven with a proactive approach

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Attractive commission structure based on performance
  • Car allowance provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
