Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Foundational Sales Representative based in Sydney, NSW with some work-from-home flexibility. The Foundational Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. The representative will also gather market insights and contribute to sales strategy development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business software and AI is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous sales experience is beneficial
