JTB's customer base are the owners and operators of Japanese brand trucks and buses with our specialty being Hino Trucks & Bus parts.

The company carries over 18,000 new, used, and reconditioned Japanese spare parts suitable for Hino, Isuzu and Fuso. The growth of the company since it commenced business has been achieved through a mix of best practice principles focusing on:

  • Continuous customer contact with order updates
  • Combined parts experience of over 250 years
  • Use of only OEM & Quality aftermarket truck parts
  • Sourcing high quality products world-wide
  • Providing the largest range of Japanese truck parts in Western Australia
  • WA owned and operated.
  • Delivering to both Perth metro and regional areas

The Position

With the growth that we have experienced we are currently seeking an applicant for a Full-Time position in our Finance Team at our Kewdale branch.

Your key responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following duties:

  1. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  2. Monitoring & liaising with Debtors in a timely fashion to ensure they are provided with sufficient information for them to make a timely payment of their accounts.
  3. Experience utilizing invoice finance - uploading of weekly batches of invoices.
  4. Bank Reconciliations and production of monthly reports.
  5. Experience with Coupa & Ariba Supplier Portals is desirable.
  6. Supplying correct payment options to customers and processing electronic payments as required.
  7. Setting up new accounts - extracting ASIC information and following up Trade references supplied.
  8. Sending of invoice copies and statements as requested.
  9. Be prepared to back up all administrative roles and work as a team to cover in the event of absent staff members when required.
