Bookkeeper / Kewdale / Permanent Position / $100,000 - $120,000 / Development / Onsite parking

Core Talent are supporting a large regional mobilisation plant / leasing company, based at their Office in Kewdale, recruit an experienced Bookkeeper This well-known business is a success story within the industry and has several sites throughout Western Australia. Continuous growth has led to this new role being recruited. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a market leading business whilst working within a supportive culture.

Key duties will include:

• End to end payroll for 120+ employees
• Update information on superannuation, pay classes, allowances, deductions, STP requirements as per the award.
• Preparation of month end accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• BAS and income tax preparation
• Variance analysis and associated commentaries
• Debt facility maintenance and covenant reporting
• Process new employees, contracts, terminations, transfers and other changes.
• Perform end of year procedures & lodgements
• Financial reporting on sales
• Review and improve processes

Key skills required:

• Confident with end to end payroll
• Experience of balance sheet reconciliations & month end reporting
• Experience with people management
• Adaptable with a can-do attitude
• High attention to detail
• Confident with systems including excel
