Finance Officer

Toyota WA are currently looking for a Finance Officer to join the WA team on a full-time basis.

What you will do:

You will be organised, have a friendly attitude with great communication skills, a professional workplace manner, be level-headed and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for various kinds of Finance functions, essential for everyday operation of the business; these include but are not limited to:

• Invoice Processing
• Data entry and general ledger reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable
• Excel reporting and general data entry
• Other Finance/Administration and adhoc duties

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Polite and professional manner
• A minimum of two years' experience as a Finance Officer or similar;
• Proficient MS Office skills with Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions);
• Established written and verbal communication skills
• Astute time management skills
• Highly organised, efficient and able to work unsupervised
• Excellent attention to detail in all areas of responsibility
• Drive, energy and a positive attitude in completing responsible tasks
• A passion for continuous improvement in all areas of the business
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment / Provide police clearance
