As our Administration Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting finance, marketing, logistics, and general office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and general bookkeeping duties
- Managing and responding to emails
- Overseeing day-to-day financial tasks
- Using Xero to maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with 3PL companies for logistics
We're looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–2 years of experience in admin or bookkeeping
- Familiarity with Xero (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great time management and teamwork abilities
