Part-Time Administration Assistant

Location: Office 05.03/492 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004

Hours: 20 hours/week (3 days a week)

Your Role

As our Administration Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting finance, marketing, logistics, and general office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable and general bookkeeping duties
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Overseeing day-to-day financial tasks
  • Using Xero to maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with 3PL companies for logistics
Talent Profile

We're looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in admin or bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with Xero (preferred)
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great time management and teamwork abilities
