About Us

Nutech Building is a bespoke residential construction company specialising in high-end architectural homes and premium renovations across Melbourne. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional projects with a personalised approach.

As part of our growth, we are also developing a consulting arm to provide pre-construction advisory services and project planning support to clients, designers, and developers. This means the role will evolve alongside the business, offering opportunities to be part of new processes, systems, and service delivery initiatives.


The Role

We're seeking a Business & Project Administrator to support the Director with business administration, project scheduling, and contract/compliance tasks. This hybrid role allows a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work while playing a key role in keeping both construction projects and consulting workflows organised and on track.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, client communications, and documentation
  • Coordinate project schedules and subcontractor availability
  • Assist with contracts, variations, and compliance paperwork
  • Order appliances and project materials, liaise with suppliers
  • Update project scopes/specifications and distribute to stakeholders
  • Maintain OHS documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Support the development of consulting systems, documents, and client processes as the new arm of the business grows

About You
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Experience in construction administration or project coordination is preferred but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excited to be part of a business expanding into consulting services
