The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to support our Head Property Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, building strong client relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of our property portfolio.
- Communicate with property owners, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.
- Help resolve tenant and property-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Support the Head Property Manager with reporting and portfolio management tasks.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and enhancing client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g. PropertyMe) is an advantage.
