Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing and Administrative Assistant. This role will support our marketing efforts and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

· Marketing Support:

o Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

o Create and schedule social media posts.

o Help maintain the market places and update content as needed.

o Coordinate marketing promotions.

· Administrative Tasks:

o Coordinate all office and administration duties, including liaising with customers and suppliers.

o Handle data entry, answering phone calls, emails and other correspondence

o Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodation for staff.

o Assist in dispatching customer orders and managing returns.

o Manage office supplies and inventory.

o Other tasks as directed

· Data Entry and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate records of marketing metrics and results.

· Other duties as required

Requirements:

· Preferred experience in marketing, administration, or a related field

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Organisational and time-management skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to learn and ask questions.

· This is an office onsite position, work 2-3 days a week (Monday-Friday), and the hours are 9am – 4.30pm

· Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
