Enough about us, more about the role

Working as part of a small team, this role will be responsible for incoming and outgoing cases for all of our dental products to ensure our customers receive jobs on time to meet their patient's needs.

No two days are the same, however, a typical day would be:

  • Providing administration and customer service support to our customers, our Shared Services team and other internal departments on incoming and outgoing cases.
  • Involved in logistics duties such as processing and receipting incoming and outgoing orders, packing and wrapping and arranging couriers.
  • Managing our customer portals and inhouse system to process incoming cases, assign to production, track production process and maintaining up to date information.

  • 2 to 3 years' experience working in an administration/logistics role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with splitting duties between administration and logistics.
  • Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Enjoys being part of a team, willing to help others to achieve business outcomes.
  • Previous experience in the dental/health industry is highly regarded.
