What's The Role?

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a group of high-performing CHERY dealerships in Victoria and Tasmania.

  • Drive regional sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets, including operational KPIs
  • Monitor and analyse dealership performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for improvement.
  • Drive customer experience, dealer engagement/network performance
  • Assist in the setup and onboarding process for new dealerships, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and operational readiness.
  • Maintain effective communication and Dealer relationships through regular dealer visits, ensuring all dealers are well-informed about all corporate activities and programs.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Product, Fleet and Aftersales.
  • Regular travel throughout VIC/ TAS and interstate will be required.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced sales professionals who will excel as the key conduit between CMA and its dealers:

  • Proven experience in an automotive OEM environment with a track record of achieving and exceeding wholesale & retail targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to spot growth opportunities and think strategically
  • Self-driven, resilient and results-focused with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable with regular travel (including overnight stays as required)
  • A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field will be highly regarded.
