This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with a driven and entrepreneurial General Manager & Founder.

In this pivotal role, you'll be trusted to manage both professional and personal priorities, ensuring their day runs seamlessly while also supporting the wider team.

As the right hand to the Founder, you'll play a key role in driving efficiency, enabling them to focus on big-picture strategy and growth, while you take care of the detail. This is a full-time permanent role offering exposure to a high-performing property development business with a dynamic team who are passionate about shaping Melbourne's skyline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the General Manager & Founder, including professional and personal assistance
  • Manage and coordinate complex travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Organise and oversee events such as client functions, sales conferences, and team offsites (local and overseas)
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions for internal and external meetings
  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Draft and refine reports, submissions, presentations, and key business documents
  • Manage contracts and assist with compliance documentation
  • Collate and distribute weekly/monthly management reports
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication

Skills & Experience

  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong written skills, with the ability to assist in presentations and social media content
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for document editing
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trusted relationships
