Commitment:
Full-time/Part-time (but with a plan to be full time in the near future), co-founder level (equity + future salary)

We're building
Agentic OS,
a next-gen AI platform that transforms construction, asset management, and field services operations. Think of it as an intelligent workflow orchestrator: mapping bottlenecks, deploying AI agents, and automating repetitive processes in construction.

Our mission:

by combining secure workflow automation with cutting edge AI.

We already have a secured customer to build this product with. Now we're looking for a
technical co-founder
to own and lead the product build, architecture plus delivery.

Your Role:

As Co-Founder & CTO, you will:

• Architect & Build the Product
• Design a secure, scalable architecture for a multi-tenant B2B SaaS
• Customisable workflows
• Build/oversee front-end and back-end , Node/Python/Go, Postgres, vector DBs)
• Implement LLM pipelines: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, prompt orchestration, and redaction layers
• Ensure strong data protection: encryption, tenant isolation, key management, SOC-2 style controls
• Lead Security & Compliance by Design
• Implement PII detection/redaction before data ever reaches an LLM
• Architect storage with KMS, BYOK, and per-tenant encryption
• Oversee logging, auditing, and secure dev practices
• Prepare for compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, AU Privacy Act)
• Manage Development Execution
• Lead and coordinate an external dev/design agency for velocity.
• Set up agile project management (roadmaps, sprints, deliverables)
• Ensure code quality, testing, and security reviews.
• Innovate on AI Workflows
• Build modular AI agents that integrate into client workflows (scheduling, invoicing, compliance doc handling, reporting)
• Evaluate best-fit models (open-source LLMs like Llama 3, Mistral, or enterprise APIs like Azure OpenAI/GCP Vertex AI with private deployment)
• Keep us at the cutting edge: retrieval, local inference, pseudonymisation, and federated approaches
• Be a Thought Partner
• Shape product vision, not just code
• Help secure funding, present to investors, and speak with enterprise customers
• Share equity-level ownership and responsibility for outcomes

Must have Skills:

• Full-stack development
  : Proficiency in (front-end) + (back-end)
• AI/ML deployment
  : Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Milvus), RAG pipelines
• Security & architecture
  : Strong background in designing SaaS with encryption, multi-tenant isolation, KMS/HSM, RBAC
• Cloud expertise
  : AWS/GCP/Azure, VPC networking, containerisation (Docker/K8s)
• Data engineering
  : Building ingestion pipelines, PII redaction, document processing (SWMS, JSAs, permits)
• Project management
  : Able to run distributed teams (internal + agency) with agile processes
• Startup mindset
  : Bias to build fast, validate, iterate, while never compromising security
• Optimiser
  : Using AI Agents and current AI tools to build this software faster and cheaper

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience with compliance frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Familiarity with construction/field services workflows (quoting, scheduling, compliance docs)
• Background in DevOps/MLOps (CI/CD, observability, monitoring)
• Prior experience founding or scaling SaaS

• Building the MVP with current frameworks alongside an agency to assist you
• Secure ingestion & redaction pipeline for compliance docs
• Multi-tenant SaaS skeleton with RBAC + encryption
• First enterprise pilot deployment (10–20 seats)
• Security one-pager + DPA draft for customers
• Transition plan to SOC 2 readiness
