About the role

As the Growth and Partnerships Manager, you'll lead Founder Stream's growth across 3 core pillars:

  • Fans & followers
  • Founder channel acquisition
  • Brand & content partnerships

You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our platform and expanding to new markets. You'll leverage your industry networks to create brand collaborations, referral partnerships, and drive visibility and appeal for founders and the platform.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute the growth strategy across Fans & Followers (subscribers), Founder channel acquisition, and partnerships.
  • Own the sales funnel: from prospecting and qualification through to closing.
  • Craft tailored sales narratives that speak to founders, corporates, and investors.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with accelerators, VCs, corporates, and ecosystem leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • Manage the CRM, establish lead scoring, automations, KPIs, and reporting.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in sales, with at least 2 in leadership.
  • Track record of scaling sales functions in SaaS, marketplaces, or community platforms.
  • Established networks and relationships in the startup ecosystem.
  • Confidence in pitching, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Data-driven approach with strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and excitement for zero-to-one environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor (Minimum) Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or similar field
  • CRM certifications (Sales Force, Active Campaign, Hubspot, Microsoft)
  • Tools & Tech: Microsoft Office, Canva, Active Campaign, Hubspot, Zapier, proficient in AI tools
  • Track record of success driving significant sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills
  • Exceptional organisation skills
