About the role

Brisbane Digital Co is seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive significant growth and engagement for our diverse client base. Working from our modern office in Brendale, north of Brisbane, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with your clients through regular meetings and ongoing communication, to ensure a thorough understanding of their growth goals and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing and email
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision making
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • Create engaging, high-performing content to attract, convert and retain customers
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and audience experiences
  • Analyse campaign data and report on KPIs to demonstrate the impact and ROI of digital marketing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, leveraging AI and automation technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing or online strategy role
  • Experience managing strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Skilled copywriter able to create compelling copy for multi-channel campaigns, including paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing and email marketing best practices
  • Growth mindset and excited about balancing AI and automation with human connection
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Creative flair and the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and SEO tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience using WordPress is advantageous but not strictly necessary if confident using new technology platforms
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
