Over the past four years, we've built one of the fastest-growing supplement communities in the country — and we're now expanding rapidly across DTC, retail, and influencer marketing.

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take charge of building and scaling our influencer network from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on results, and knows how to turn content into conversions.

Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling Hercules Supplements' influencer, ambassador, and creator programs.

They will lead recruitment, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive revenue and brand growth through partnerships that align with our voice, community, and products.

This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management, project coordination, and data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development

  • Optimise and scale the influencer program
  • Create tiered structures, commission plans, and performance incentives.
  • Develop onboarding systems, guidelines, and influencer resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create campaign assets and briefs.

Recruitment

  • Recruit and onboard influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
  • Manage outbound outreach and inbound applications.
  • Handle vetting, approvals, and contracts.
  • Support influencer seeding and PR pack coordination.
  • Establish relationships with agencies or managers as needed.

Revenue & Performance

  • Drive direct revenue through affiliate sales and influencer-generated campaigns.
  • Monitor, report, and optimise influencer ROI across platforms.
  • Identify and double down on high-performing creators to maximise conversion.
  • Work with the paid ads team to amplify top-performing influencer content for scale.
  • Develop strategies to increase repeat influencer sales and retention.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-performing creators.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews with key partners.
  • Offer performance feedback, creative direction, and brand education.
  • Resolve partnership or performance issues quickly and professionally.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns for launches, seasonal promotions, and product pushes.
  • Coordinate deliverables, posting schedules, and UGC usage rights.
  • Track content output, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with paid media team to repurpose influencer content into ads.

Community & Events

  • Build an engaged influencer community and foster collaboration.
  • Host monthly virtual meetups and occasional in-person events.
  • Coordinate workshops, challenges, and incentive competitions.
  • Support the planning of the annual Hercules Influencer Summit.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign ROI and influencer performance (revenue, CAC, LTV, conversion).
  • Monitor tier progression, retention, and churn rates.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Head of Growth.
  • Optimise program structure based on data insights.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of influencer, ambassador, or partnership management experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in e-commerce or DTC environments (supplement or fitness preferred).
  • Understanding of influencer performance metrics and attribution.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and timelines.

  • AspireIQ, Upfluence, or similar influencer platforms.
  • GOAFFPRO or affiliate tracking tools.
  • Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Shopify.
  • Klaviyo / Google Sheets / CRM systems.
  • Monday and Slack for workflow management.
