As the E-Commerce Manager, you'll work on the full digital ecosystem — from shaping and executing strategy to overseeing website performance, product launches, paid media alignment, and revenue growth across all online channels. You'll act as the central link between marketing, operations, logistics, and customer service, ensuring a seamless customer journey while hitting aggressive sales targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll forecast, optimise, and innovate — always looking for ways to improve conversion, grow subscriptions, enhance loyalty, and deliver standout digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of e-commerce management experience to be considered for this position.

Essential requirement for campaign strategy level experience in paid advertising across multiple digital channels.

Experience in supplements or health products industry is preferred but we remain flexible for candidates with strong e-commerce backgrounds.

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Forecast sales, set revenue targets, and track performance against goals.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive growth across direct-to-consumer, subscription, loyalty, and wholesale revenue streams.

2. Website & Platform Management

  • Oversee the design, UX, content, functionality, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify platform is essential for this role.
  • Manage product listings, categories, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
  • Ensure site speed, SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and mobile responsiveness are continuously optimised.
  • Implement subscription management systems and loyalty programs within the website.

3. Paid Media, Email & Digital Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing team to implement paid media campaigns across channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, SEO, affiliates).
  • Oversee email marketing strategy and execution (flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability).
  • Align paid media, email, and lifecycle marketing to maximise sales, subscriptions, and new product awareness.
  • Test and optimise creatives, copy, targeting, landing pages, and subject lines for improved ROAS, CPA, and open/click rates.
  • Track and report on marketing effectiveness across paid and owned channels.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own online sales targets across all product categories.

  • Drive promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product bundling to maximise revenue.

  • Optimise upsell, cross-sell, email automations, and cart recovery strategies.
  • Monitor sales funnel metrics and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
  • Ownership of e-commerce P&L, ad spend allocation, and channel budget distribution.
  • Responsibility for forecasting costs (ad spend, fulfilment, tools) against expected sales revenue.

5. Product Launches

  • Plan and execute end-to-end e-commerce product launches (new SKUs, flavours, limited editions).
  • Coordinate launch timelines with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams.
  • Ensure product pages, assets, pricing, and inventory are prepared ahead of launch.
  • Manage pre-sale campaigns, email sequences, influencer seeding, and promotional events to maximise launch success.

6. Customer Journey & Experience

  • Monitor and improve user experience (UX) and customer journey across the site.
  • Reduce friction points in checkout, subscriptions, loyalty rewards, and returns.
  • Enhance loyalty program engagement through personalised offers, email nurturing, and rewards.
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

7. Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee order fulfilment, shipping accuracy, and delivery timelines.
  • Work with warehouse and logistics teams to optimise processes.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure subscription shipments, loyalty rewards, and launch orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

8. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards for key metrics such as sales, subscriptions, loyalty participation, email performance (open/click rates, revenue per send), AOV, CAC, MER, and LTV.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse product and campaign performance post-launch, including adoption rates and repeat purchase behaviour.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.) to drive data-led decisions.

9. Cross-Team Leadership

  • Act as the central hub between Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Influencers, and Operations for campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with the Social Media team to align organic content with e-commerce goals (product features, launches, promotions, brand storytelling).
  • Partner with the Influencer & UGC team to integrate influencer content into the sales funnel, product launches, and subscription growth campaigns.
  • Work with Paid Media and Email teams to ensure performance marketing and lifecycle campaigns support e-commerce revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Logistics, and Product Development teams to guarantee stock, fulfillment, and launch readiness.
