Digital Account Manager | Brisbane or Gold Coast | Paid Media Focus

Join a fast-growing independent media agency delivering media, digital and creative solutions for clients across retail, education, e-commerce, travel and more.

We're looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager with strong paid media expertise to work across a diverse portfolio of local, national and international clients. You'll lead digital strategy, planning and buying, while also playing a key role in client growth and business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven digital media professional who loves working with clients, thrives on delivering results, and wants to step into a role with more ownership and variety.

What You'll Do

  • Lead digital strategy, planning and campaign execution across multiple clients
  • Build strong client relationships and lead conversations that drive growth
  • Support senior leaders with pitching, proposals and new business opportunities
  • Manage paid activity across Meta, Google, Programmatic, YouTube, TikTok and more
  • Analyse data, identify insights and optimise campaigns for stronger performance

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in digital media, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of paid media channels and campaign management
  • Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills
  • Passion for data, insights and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen to contribute to both account success and new business growth
