About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities.
You'll engage with small to medium-sized business owners, identify their digital marketing
needs, and book qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives. This role offers full
training and a defined career path towards becoming a Sales Representative — where
your earning potential and responsibilities grow as you do.
What You'll Do
• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily using quality business data.
• Book and manage qualified appointments with small to medium business owners.
• Present and position digital marketing and website solutions that deliver results.
• Build trust, uncover pain points, and tailor recommendations to meet client needs.
• Maintain an organised CRM pipeline with consistent follow-ups and activity tracking.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs across activity, appointments, and revenue generation.
