We're looking for an Account Director at JRNY Digital.
Here's what the role looks like:
- Own and grow key client relationships across service-based and e-commerce brands.
- Build and execute strategic account plans that drive retention and LTV.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and communicate performance insights that matter.
- Mentor Account Managers and guide them to hit retention KPIs.
- Align with delivery teams (Paid Ads, SEO, CRO, Creative, Web) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Spot risks early, resolve challenges and protect relationships.
- Drive adoption of new services and increase account value over time.
- Help us build the systems, dashboards and frameworks that measure and scale retention.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in agency client services or account leadership.
- Proven ability to retain and grow accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect client goals to revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out but also roll sleeves up when needed.
- Confident communicator at C-suite level and natural relationship builder.
- A coach/mentor who gets genuine satisfaction from developing others.
- Calm, solutions-focused and thrives under pressure.
