We're a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, creative team, and custom software house looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join us in our Brisbane CBD office. You'll be joining a team of talented marketers who don't just work together—they actually enjoy coming to work every day. Yes, work-life balance is a reality here (I have 4 kids, a social life and hobbies all outside work - and I'm not the anomaly).
Here's What You'll Get to Do:Work with marketing clients to develop effective strategies that grow their businesses (because, duh, that's the whole point, and that challenge gives you opportunities and variety).
Be the voice of your customers inside our business, ensuring we hit their business and marketing needs spot-on.
Project-manage campaigns and initiatives that make your clients say, "wow, how did they do that?"
Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Executives on the technical implementation of campaigns (aka the nerdy bits).
Regularly review performance reporting to ensure we're smashing goals for each client.
Reporting. This role reports to our Head of Customer Strategy (account management team for marketing and design).
Who you'll work with. You'll work alongside other account managers in our growing account management team. You'll also work with our marketing technicians to deliver marketing initiatives (opportunities for creative and development projects as well).
Opportunities. You'll be coming in as a mid-level account manager, with lots of opportunity to demonstrate value to your clients, grow their businesses, and demonstrate how you could play and grow into a top-tier account manager, (for the agency folks, think senior account manager, account director and more).

Be the go-to digital marketing expert when clients need creative solutions (no outbound sales, just the fun inbound stuff).
Apply your strategic and creative ideas & insights to solve customer challenges and leverage emerging digital marketing channels or opportunities.
Be a part of the team, not just a cog in the machine—support your fellow R6 teammates and contribute your own awesomeness and experience.
Have killer organisation & prioritisation skills and experience in digital marketing or website project management (yes, we did say killer organisation & prioritisation skills - so if you're not great there, maybe pass).
Feel confident having goal-based conversations with clients (we're talking serious business goals, not just marketing fluff).
Be experienced in managing digital projects, and guiding the delivery of campaigns, websites, and creative projects.
Love data, know how to draw insights, and communicate them effectively to clients and the team.
Have a positive, team-focused attitude with a hunger to learn and improve constantly.
Have an insane drive to produce ridiculously good work that gets results.
Be an amazing communicator, working effectively with internal team members and clients.
Be a great listener who actually understands what customers need.
Thrive under pressure, balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and workloads.
Skills That Would Be Great (But Not Essential):
Experience using Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, AHREFS, SEMRush, etc.
Experience building and optimising campaigns for paid search, social, and display.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology, or something similar.
Experience in cross-selling to current customers (you know, that smooth "by the way" upsell).
