We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join the team at JRNY Digital
Here's a look at the role:
- Creating effective and actionable strategies and ideas for our clients across a range of industries.
- Involvement in client meetings, daily communication, strategy sessions, presentations and relevant client interactions.
- Providing excellent communication and project management on client campaigns.
- Working with our team of marketing specialists across a range of areas including Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, EDMs and Marketing Automation to ensure we provide an unbeatable experience and fantastic results to our clients.
- Communicating with internal teammates to deliver the best results for our clients. This means meeting deadlines, being proactive, and being flexible in your delivery.
- Review performance data, pulling campaign insights and creating insightful reports from Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords and other relevant platforms
- Come up with new ideas and tactics and develop concepts that align with the client's goals;
- Be actively involved in meetings and discussions to plan campaigns, compare results and provide insights and expertise;
A strong preference will be given to those that have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of resourcefulness
- A commitment to continued training and development in all things digital
- Digital marketing experience with a preference given to paid advertising
- Client-facing Account Management experience.
- SEO, SEM, CRO and Social Media product knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for clients to improve results across existing or new digital initiatives.
- Growth mindset - eagerness to consistently learn and upskill on the latest trends and digital marketing strategies
- Experience reporting on key campaign metrics and developing reports for clients and stakeholders;
- Strong experience collaborating and confidently communicating your strategic thinking to teammates and clients - You are someone who gets genuine enjoyment from working with people (it's a must);
- A strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals – from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics (the ability to think strategically, not just tactically);
- Comfortable balancing working on the tools to build campaigns, while working collaboratively with your team and clients; And
- Confidence in solving problems yourself and you thrive on finding a solution that works for your clients and their campaigns.
