We're looking for an Onboarding Manager who's great with people, organised, and ready to make sure every new client gets the best possible start with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with generalist marketing or client-facing experience looking to move into the digital agency space - or take that first real step into a digital marketing career.


About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through their onboarding journey, helping them feel confident and informed, and ensuring everything is in place before the delivery team takes over.

You'll be part communicator, part coordinator, part educator - someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're not just looking for someone who can follow a process - we're looking for someone with personality, warmth, and professionalism to make sure every new client feels great about choosing Digital Six.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead Client Onboarding

    Manage onboarding from post-sale through to handover with our delivery teams.
  • Discovery & Kickoff Calls

    Get to know the client, understand their goals, gather requirements, and set clear expectations.
  • Coordinate Internally

    Work with marketing, design, development, and automation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Platform & Tool Setup

    Support clients in setting up key platforms like CRMs, dashboards, and portals — and help them feel confident using them.
  • Client Education

    Walk clients through what to expect, how we work, and where to find what they need.
  • Build Relationships

    Be the friendly, reliable first point of contact who makes a great first impression and sets the tone for the entire client relationship.
  • Help Us Improve

    Gather feedback, identify friction points, and work with the team to improve the onboarding process over time.

What We're Looking For

You might come from a background like:

  • Generalist marketing
  • Client success or account management
  • Project coordination
  • Agency support roles

    … and you're now ready to focus in and step into the digital agency world.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role - onboarding, marketing coordination, or customer success
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain things clearly
  • Strong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple clients and timelines with confidence
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning digital tools (e.g. CRMs, project management tools, Google Workspace, Slack)

Nice-to-Haves (but not deal-breakers):

  • Exposure to digital marketing, web development, or automation services
  • Experience with HubSpot, Asana, Klaviyo, or similar tools
  • An understanding of workflows, process mapping, or basic digital strategy
