We also offer unique informatics solutions such as PACS, VNA, Mobility, and Cardiology. **Description**: **Role Overview**: As a Marketing and Tenders Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and managing tender submissions. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, coordinating tenders, and overseeing digital quoting tools. Your efforts will directly impact our brand visibility and tender success. **Key Responsibilities**: **Marketing Coordination**: Develop and implement marketing plans for social media campaigns, product launches, and events. Manage and update marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our offerings. Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates. **Content Creation**: Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for digital and print platforms. Collaborate with product teams to produce content that supports marketing campaigns and enhances our brand presence. **Tender Management**: Lead the preparation and coordination of tender responses, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. Work with cross-functional teams to gather and refine tender information and maintain a database of tender responses to streamline future submissions. **Digital Quoting Tools Administration**: Oversee the administration of Salesforce and Glean Quote, including user management and system configurations. Develop standardised templates for proposals and optimise workflows to improve efficiency in quote generation and approval processes. **Demo Equipment Management**: Manage the inventory and logistics of demo equipment, ensuring timely delivery, maintenance, and documentation. Coordinate with teams to ensure equipment is prepared and maintained for effective demonstrations. **Skills and Experiences**: **Qualifications and Experience**: **Education**: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. **Experience**: Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud), Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is preferred.
