With three offices located across Sydney's major areas, **Triple S Property** is seeking a full-time **Administration Officer** to run administration function in support for the rapidly expanding business and a team of fun and dynamic sales team from a diverse background.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to work in a professional sales environment within the highly regarded and industry leading real estate agency alongside a group of like-minded people who strives for success.

You will be reporting directly to the sales directors, working closely with the sales team, as well as the marketing specialist team, assisting throughout the sales and marketing campaign as the major facilitator in the process.

**Your Day-to-Day Activities**
- Coordination of end-to-end property advertising campaigns
- Processing new listings, including inputting into our CRM database
- Website property maintenance of any campaign activity updates
- Creating campaign marketing materials including brochures, open signs and signboards
- Digital and social media marketing in promotion of the brand, the team, and our properties
- Database management
- General administrative duties include: forward incoming enquiries to the right department/ agent, office maintenance, documentation

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Real Estate experience (will be highly regarded)
- Basic knowledge of all Google & Microsoft suites (sheets, docs & forms)
- Ability to grasp new systems quickly
- Systematic, organised & ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication
- Fluency in Chinese is not a must but will be also be highly regarded_
