Full-time, Monday–Friday. We're after a friendly, reliable people-person with great communication skills, initiative, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. If you've got the energy, drive, and a bubbly personality – we would love to welcome you to our team

Responsibilities include:

Reception:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Maintain an organized reception area and office
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and maintained in a clean and tidy condition in all areas of the office including reception, kitchens, bathrooms, clinic space and offices.

Administration:

  • Inbox management including actioning all incoming enquiries, emails, and new referrals efficiently and accurately according to process
  • Complete required administration tasks for smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain our asset and certification database
  • Provide support with invoicing and reconciliations as required
  • General admin support – provide support with a range of general admin functions including scheduling meetings, minute internal meetings, report preparation, organising events and providing admin support to the team as required.

Marketing:

  • Provide support with marketing initiatives including social media posts, website content, email campaigns and newsletters

  • NDIS administration experience highly desirable
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams
  • MYP and Splose experience or comfortable with learning new systems/CMS
  • Knowledge of NDIS and Provider Portals (PRODA, PACE) highly regarded
  • Passionate about autism and the autistic community, this may or may not include lived experience.
  • Reception experience
  • Social media experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
