Our Ecommerce team are on a mission to find an experienced, innovative and data driven Ecommerce Specialist to drive online growth for ASICS Australia. Reporting to the Ecommerce Business Manager, you will be responsible for the delivering effective traffic across multiple platforms and channels with the aim to increase customer acquisition, sales, and conversion.

Your impact will be measured by the effectiveness of traffic, digital campaigns, and conversion rates and ROAS across our Ecommerce websites.

**So, what does in to making that happen?**
- Planning, development, and execution of the online customer acquisition strategy
- Optimisation of all customer acquisition channels including on-site conversion campaigns
- Grow affiliate marketing program, managing partnerships and developing partner-specific strategies
- Manage SEM programs, including Google Shopping. Lead search within the omni-channel program.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities within the go-to-market process
- Coordinate with the broader Digital Marketing team, global and local agencies to generate effective integrated marketing campaigns
- Plan and manage the ecommerce marketing budget, optimising spend to reach ecommerce goals.
- Forecast and monitor performance across channels and campaigns to reach ecommerce goals, pivoting as needed to readjust plans.
- Complete general administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis
- Monitoring and reporting across all campaign initiatives and KPIs

**That’s enough about us Here’s what we’d like to see from you**:

- Strong organisational skills, with demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience analysing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives
- Advanced proficiency with BI and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Tableau
- Extensive website / customer journey analytics and data-driven marketing experience
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing to improve KPIs such as conversion optimisation
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with brand, marketing, program teams
- Experience building and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, hypothesis-driven and highly analytical
- Strong project and budget management skills
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with customer segmentation, audience profiling, and targeting
- Proven ability to create customer-facing campaigns that are on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience
- Proven ability to organise, deliver results and prioritise tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Excellent documentation and workflow management skills
- Excellent copy-writing and copy-editing skills
- Confident, detail orientated, self-motivated individual with strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
- Ability to manage multiple projects, and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity and changing priorities of a global business
