Accounts Administrator

Specialist Doors and Windows are seeking a friendly & enthusiastic person to join our team as an Accounts Administrator. This is a part time role of approximately 25 hours a week.
To be considered for this role you must pride yourself on excellent accounts and communication skills and personal presentation. You possess exceptional attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple tasks and challenges. You are dedicated to your responsibilities and work well under pressure and always strive to provide quality service.
The Accounts Administrator will be the first point of contact for all financial dealings with Specialist Doors and Windows and will also be responsible for facilitating incoming and outgoing payments.
Skills & Experience
· Strong customer service experience
· Outstanding time management skills
· Good computer skills and literacy (MS Office Suite)
· Experience with QuickBooks and AroFlo (an advantage)
· Experience with payroll, superannuation and WorkCover, etc.
· Strong organizational skills
· High attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Capable of building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
· Great attitude and willingness to learn
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Accounts Management
· Accounts payable and receivable, payroll, superannuation, WorkCover, leave, etc.
· Chasing up payments
· Cover for and assist receptionist when required
· Responsible for managing account email enquiries
· Data entry of incoming leads
· Scheduling customer quoting and trades job allocations
· Processing customer payments
· Managing general cleanliness of office
