**About You**
We are seeking a Office Assistant/Accounts Specialist who is friendly, organised, and detail-orientated. We need someone who understand the importance of confidentiality and can be counted on to meet deadlines and fulfill responsibilities. Also, a passion and love for Mexican food is a must
**About the Role**
You'll be a vital part of our team, handling a range of essential administrative and accounts tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Payroll Management**: Processing and managing payroll accurately and efficiently.
- **Accounts Payable**: Processing and paying invoices in a timely manner.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy.
- **Bookkeeping**: Maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Franchise Liaison**: Communicating and collaborating with our franchisees.
- **Supplier Communication**: Liaising with suppliers and managing relationships.
- **General Administrative Support**: Assisting the Director with various administrative tasks as required.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and 1 interpersonal skills.
- **Experience with MYOB (highly regarded).**:
- **Background in accounts (highly regarded).**:
- A proactive and positive attitude.
