About Our ClientJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently within a high-volume environment.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address payment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in month-end reporting and statement preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
The Successful Applicant
  • Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role within accounting and finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a busy environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
