Local Construction company is seeking a competent Accounts Administrator to join their team for an ongoing permanent position based in Kemps Creek.

**This is a fulltime opportunity with view for immediate start**:

- Duties Include:_
- Answered multi-line phone system, routing calls,
- Digital Filing as required
- Asset Management, ensuring Insurances are paid
- Developed and updated spreadsheets and database reports
- Bass reconciliations
- Supervised daily bookkeeping operations with attention to accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking reconciliation and disbursements.
- Reconciled account information and reported figures in general ledger by comparing to bank account statement each month.
- Reported financial data and updated financial records in ledgers and journals.
- Requirements:_
- Microsoft skills - intermediate
- Previous Accounts Administration experience
- Reporting / Bass reconciliation experience
- Data Entry - attention to detail
- Ability for immediate start - next 7 days
- x2 Current references
- Own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
