Accounts & Administration Officer – Construction Industry (MYOB Experience Essential)

Location: Midvale, WA 6056

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

We are a family-owned and operated construction company with a proud reputation for quality work and strong values. Our Kerbing Division is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied position that plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be working in a fast-paced but supportive environment, with ongoing training provided to help you develop and progress within the company.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing payroll using MYOB
  • Preparing profit and loss reports
  • Tracking and maintaining job costings
  • Assisting with QA documentation for projects
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including ordering materials, supplies, and concrete
  • Occasionally arranging travel and accommodation for team members working away
  • Supporting management with daily operational and project needs
