About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our growing construction operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract administration process, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, variations, and progress claims.

● Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts.

● Liaise with builders, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and documentation.

● Assist in procurement, tender evaluation, and subcontractor management.

● Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements under Australian Standards.

● Maintain accurate project and contract documentation, registers, and reports.

● Support Project Managers with administrative and financial control of construction projects.

Skills & Experience

● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract administration within the construction industry.

● Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

● High level of accuracy, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in project management or construction software (e.g., Buildsoft, Procore, MS Project).
