About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Accounts & Customer Support officer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting both internal operations and customer needs.

You'll handle a mix of administrative tasks, accounts support, and client communication — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and general admin duties.
  • Reconcile supplier invoices and assist with basic accounts tasks.
  • Coordinate deliveries and follow up with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and the sales team.

About You

  • Previous experience in administration, accounts, or customer support (construction or building supply industry preferred but not required).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
