About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Accounts & Customer Support officer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting both internal operations and customer needs.
You'll handle a mix of administrative tasks, accounts support, and client communication — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and general admin duties.
- Reconcile supplier invoices and assist with basic accounts tasks.
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and the sales team.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, accounts, or customer support (construction or building supply industry preferred but not required).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
