We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands more than just content — someone who can connect strategy with execution, copy with conversion, and creativity with data.

The Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing, executing, and optimising marketing strategies that drive growth across multiple brands and offers.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves copy that converts, and can see the full marketing ecosystem — from funnel design to campaign performance.

You'll also have the opportunity to progress into a coaching role, supporting clients on an ad-hoc basis with their marketing strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, and paid campaigns


• Write engaging, conversion-driven copy for sales pages, funnels, and launches


• Manage and optimise marketing funnels for lead generation and sales conversions


• Oversee automations (ActiveCampaign, Pabbly, ThriveCart or similar)


• Collaborate on high-level strategy and campaign roadmaps


• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights


• Support live launches, promotions, and events


• Manage Meta Ads campaigns — strategy, targeting, and optimisation highly desirable

About You


• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, copywriting, and funnel psychology


• Confident in executing full campaign cycles — from concept to post-launch analysis


• Skilled in automation tools, CRM systems, and Meta Ads


• Passionate about creating marketing that feels human yet delivers results


• Experience within the coaching, consulting, or online business space (preferred)


• Excellent communication and time-management skills


• Based in SE QLD preferred
