The Opportunity
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overarching brand and marketing strategy for the entire Hadrill portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to steer the growth of three distinct but complementary brands. You will be responsible for developing our brand identities, building a cohesive marketing calendar, and driving our performance strategy across all organic, paid, and CRM channels on both a national and global scale.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role:
Marketing Calendar & Budget Management
- Develop, manage, and execute a unified marketing calendar that supports the strategic goals of all three brands, ensuring timely roll-out of campaigns, product launches, and salon promotions.
- Set, track, and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver a strong ROI and align with financial targets.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for all new initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between product development, salon operations, and marketing.
- Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns (paid, email, organic social), analysing key metrics against KPIs to inform and refine future strategies.
Advertising & Content Strategy
- Strategically manage the content and copywriting across key channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, tailoring campaigns for our distinct B2B and B2C audiences.
- Work with our in house digital ads specialist on content strategy and execution for paid ads, organic social, and website assets, ensuring all content is on-brand, premium, and speaks to the correct audience.
Partnerships & Influencer Strategy
- Own our paid partnership and influencer strategy, identifying and collaborating with stylists, ambassadors, and creators who align with our premium brand values across domestic and international markets.
- Work with the marketing team to build out monthly partnership strategies that foster strong industry relationships and drive high-quality user-generated content.
Email & CRM Marketing Strategy
- Lead the strategy and execution of all email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation (B2B, B2C, Salon Clients), A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Develop and optimise customer lifecycle marketing strategies (e.g., welcome series, post-purchase flows, re-engagement campaigns) to drive conversions and build brand loyalty across the portfolio.
Shoots & Activations Management
- Lead the planning and execution of photoshoots, video content days, and brand activations, working closely with our creative team to produce stunning, on-brand assets.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and coordination for all creative productions, ensuring the final deliverables meet campaign goals and elevate our brand image.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer, salon managers, and product team to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the e-commerce, beauty, hair, or fashion industries. (Global or international marketing experience is highly regarded).
- Proven experience managing paid advertising channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) or performance agencies, with a deep understanding of how to use data and creative to achieve results.
- A strong grasp of key performance metrics, including trade and paid channel metrics such as CAC, MER, and ROAS.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end management of CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Experience managing content creation with a strong creative eye, the confidence to innovate, and a finger on the pulse of social and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer and partnership programs that drive brand awareness and deliver tangible results within budget.
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive strategy.
