About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team and drive bespoke digital campaigns that elevate the Kollosche brand and our clients' luxury developments.

This is a hands-on role where you'll develop, execute, and optimise paid digital strategies across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, while also pulling and segmenting data from both organic and paid channels to maximise results. Your creativity, analytical skills, and proactive approach will ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact and aligns with Kollosche's reputation for excellence.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute innovative paid social and digital campaigns tailored to bespoke client and brand objectives.
  • Create engaging ad creatives and copy that reflect Kollosche's premium positioning.
  • Pull, analyse, and segment organic and paid data to identify opportunities and refine targeting.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to deliver improved ROI, lower CPL, and higher conversions.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to integrate digital with PR, print, and event campaigns.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Ensure campaign delivery is seamless, timely, and aligned with luxury brand standards.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in digital marketing or paid social media.
  • Proven track record in managing successful bespoke digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • Highly analytical with experience in pulling and segmenting performance data.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Strong organisation, project management, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and delivering world-class results.
