We're Thrive Digital, a progressive digital agency based in the heart of Burleigh Heads. We've been building standout websites and running high-performing campaigns for over 15 years, and now we're on the lookout for a junior Google Ads Specialist to join our team.

The role

You'll be hands-on with Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping – from building campaigns and writing ad copy through to optimisation, tracking, and reporting. We're looking for someone proactive who's comfortable taking ownership of tasks and eager to keep improving their skills. You don't need to be a senior, but you should have some experience running campaigns and a good grasp of how Google Ads works day to day.

You'll get the chance to work directly with a variety of clients, so communication and organisation are key. Whether it's analysing results in GA4, setting up tracking in GTM, or presenting clear reports in Looker Studio, you'll be supported by our experienced team while still having the space to grow your confidence and independence.

An interest in paid social and SEO is a huge bonus – we value multi-skilled marketers who can contribute across channels and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you'll need
  • Practical experience running Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping)
  • Comfortable with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and detail-focused
  • Willingness to take ownership and initiative
