Xzibit is a design-led company specialising in creating captivating, educational, and immersive Interactive Environments. We are dedicated storytellers, applying the art of narrative to spaces like Museums, Visitor Centres, Discovery Centres, and custom Exhibitions.

We're looking for a Growth Marketer who is a resourceful, data-focused specialist ready to develop and execute campaigns that will build and nurture our sales pipeline across both our distinct Museums & Experience Centre and Expo divisions.

The role is initially 2 days per week with the potential to increase. Days are flexible and you will be working from our workplace at Luscombe. 

This role is about using creativity and analysis to connect with potential clients. You will be instrumental in designing and testing marketing initiatives to ensure we achieve meaningful engagement and generate high-quality leads that support our long-term business goals.

What You'll Do

You will be focused on creating campaigns that not only attract attention but are also proven to drive real business growth:

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation & Experimentation:
    • Design and run a continuous cycle of A/B tests across key conversion points to improve lead generation for both divisions.
    • Focus efforts on enhancing the Xzibit brand to be seen as the experts in our field and the designer of choice for Museums and Experience Centres and strengthening our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract excellent talent.
  • Customer Acquisition & Channel Strategy:
    • Develop and scale effective user acquisition programs, utilising distinct channel mixes: B2B (e.g., LinkedIn, industry publications) for Expo/Museums, and B2C (e.g., local SEO, geo-targeted paid social) for the Museums division.
    • Continuously seek out and validate new, scalable acquisition channels to ensure we reach the right audiences efficiently.
  • Retention, Loyalty, and Lifetime Value (LTV):
    • Implement strategies, informed by direct customer feedback (surveys, focus groups, interviews), to increase engagement. This includes encouraging repeat Expo bookings and building client loyalty to our design work to maximise the overall value of our customer base.
  • Financial Accountability & Marketing ROI:
    • Carefully track marketing spend against the revenue generated from both divisions, ensuring all growth initiatives are financially sound and contribute clearly to Xzibit's success.

  • Website & Social Media: You have practical experience with website content updates (CMS knowledge is a plus) and successful social media management in a professional context.
  • Data-Driven & Insightful: You base your decisions on a thorough, quantitative analysis of client behaviour and are comfortable using analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experimental Mindset: You enjoy the process of testing and learning. You are skilled in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Customer-Focused: You look at the entire customer journey, from initial contact through to long-term retention, always seeking to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Goal-Oriented & Flexible: You are motivated by clear, measurable objectives (KPIs) and are comfortable adjusting strategies quickly based on market feedback and data insights.
