We're a boutique consultancy that works across residential, seniors living, and masterplanned communities. Our role is to help developers set up, recruit, train and guide their sales agents — building long-term capability while delivering short-term results.

We're now hiring a Sales Performance Manager to work directly with developer clients and their sales agents typically located across the East Coast of Australia. You'll coach, train, and empower teams to hit their goals, while stepping in to re-energise sales momentum when needed.

This role is equal parts advisory and hands-on with a fair whack of travel You'll lead conversations with developers, build confidence in their salespeople, and ensure the systems, processes and mindset are in place for lasting success.

What You'll Do
  • Partner directly with developer clients to strengthen their sales function
  • Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support to developer-employed sales agents
  • Help recruit, onboard and stabilise new sales talent when teams face gaps
  • Monitor pipelines, velocity and performance, supported by our Sales Enablement team
  • Implement sales strategies and frameworks designed by Channel's Head of Sales Advisory
  • Step in to reset underperforming teams and re-ignite sales momentum
