About the role
Looking for a flexible role that fits around your uni schedule or early career goals? As a Customer Service Consultant at roomr, you'll play an important part in helping Australians make confident property decisions. You'll connect with customers and real estate agents over the phone and by email, making sure they get the right support at the right time.
This is a great opportunity to gain real-world customer service experience in a professional setting, while working just 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and real estate agents, and gather feedback.
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing support assistance.
- Build friendly rapport with customers while providing clear and accurate information.
- Accurately capture customer details within our systems.
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks as needed.
About you
This role is a great fit if you're a people person, a good communicator, and keen to develop your professional skills. You might be a student, recent graduate, or simply looking for flexible casual work in a supportive environment.
You must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

- Available to work 2 days per week - must be available on Mondays.
Previous experience in customer service or call centres is helpful, but not essential — full training will be provided.
